Rawmarsh Ryecroft Infant School is a popular school, located in the centre of Rawmarsh and surrounded by the local community. We are an Infant School and take pupils from the age of 4+ as they start school until the age of 7 when children transfer to the next phase of their education. Rawmarsh Ryecroft Infant School is a warm welcoming place where we value basic skills. We have strong established links and a successful transition programme with our local ‘feeder’ settings which include Rawmarsh Children's Centre, Granby House Nursery, Victoria Park Pre School, Rosehill Junior School and others. Our staff are specialists in teaching children of this age.

We treat every child as an individual and want the best for every child. We have their well-being at the heart of all we do, and work in partnership with other agencies to support children in school and remove barriers to learning.
